If I have Accurate shot and an opposing character has Stealth can I attack him if he is farther than six squares away.

As an addition to this, how does Accurate Shot play out with super stealth?

You can only target a character without stealth that has cover in this situation. Stealth, as long as they have cover, protects them. The ONLY way around this is if you also have Sniper and the cover is provided by another character Hope that helps

Ok now, I have had this situation come up and Stealth trumps Accurate due to the targeting nature. If you have a Rodian Brute 3 squares in front of BAFH you have to choose the Brute. If you have Accurate you can choose BAFH. However If you switch out BAFH with Cad Bane, you cannot choose him unless you have Sniper as well

ChewbaccaBigfoot wrote:As an addition to this, how does Accurate Shot play out with super stealth? This would work the same as Stealth. If you just have Accurate only, you must be adjacent, BUT if you have Accurate AND Sniper AND the cover is provided by another character you can target said character

Accurate trumps Stealth. Just more explanation of why. Quote:Accurate Shot: Can attack an enemy with cover even if it's not the nearest enemy
Stealth: If this character has cover, it does not count as the nearest enemy for an attacker farther than 6 squares when choosing targets
Super Stealth CE: Characters in your squad with Stealth (including this character) and who have cover cannot be targeted by nonadjacent enemies.
Targeting rules: In order to be a legal target, a non-adjacent enemy must either have no cover or have cover but be the nearest enemy.
Accurate Shot changes the targeting rules for enemies with cover. They can be targeted even if they are not the nearest enemy. With Stealth, enemies with cover farther than 6 squares away do count as 'nearest', but Accurate doesn't care who is nearest anyway. With Super Stealth, an attacker has to be adjacent... 'nearest enemy' has nothing to do with Super Stealth. So Accurate Shot doesn't affect Super Stealth.

Then as I read this, Accurate AND Sniper together , IF the cover was provided by another character would trump Super Stealth, correct?

Sniper by itself would trump Super Stealth if the cover was provided by another character. Super Stealth requires cover to do anything. Sniper would negate the cover and therefore negate Super Stealth. (Again, assuming cover is only provided by other characters.)
(Side note... always remember that adjacency trumps everything in the targeting rules. If an enemy is adjacent, you have to target the adjacent enemy and everything else is moot.)
