Not sure about SA effects that give allies save bonuses, but you can sorta view such a list by going to 'Glossary'>'Commander Effects' and entering 'save' in the search bar there.

off the top of my head Hera, Obi-Wan and Anakin, Kel, and Leia Skywalker lets you re-roll them (not quite the same)

Wolf Sazen gives Cade Skywalker +4 to saves, and Roan Lands gives Ferus Olin "Survival Expert" which gives you +4 to saves. Yoda from Clone Strike also lets followers re-roll saves.

Yun-Neshel Priest gives everyone Yun-Neshel Devotion, which gives +4 to save rolls if an ally is within 6 of them.
