I got a question ladies and gents. If Quinlan Vos, Double Agent is going up against a battery Palps, that has a commander effect allowing allies with a force rating to use his force points, and I want his commander effect, can Vos use Palps force points?!?

I do not believe so, because to qualify you'd have to be an ally. though, I'm looking forward to seeing what people think on this one.  EDIT: even though I don't think its 'officially' plausible, I kinda want to use it as a houserule for the fun hehehe

This character is now subject to that commander effect regardless of restrictions.
This is the part of the Special that I am confused about and why I believe he will be able to use Palps Force points

If you choose Thrawn's Swap, he can Swap you. So it makes sense that you could spend Palps points.
