I read that Bravado is based on the printed point cost of a piece. In the glossary it says: "Abilities that modify a character’s cost (such as Rapport) are ignored when checking whether this ability is in effect."
What's the situation if a piece comes in through Lobot? If a Naboo Pilot attacks an Amanin Scout that came in through Lobot's reinforcements, does it get Bravado +20 against it.
Do the same rules apply to Shifting Loyalties?

I would think yes it would still apply because the amanin still has a cost associated with it, it just doesn't count towards victory points due to the way reinforcements SA works.
