So we have Super-Stealth vs Super-Tank here.
54 Darth Caedus, Sith Lord 49 Juggernaut 40 Imperial Agent 31 Kaliyo Djannis 26 Khem Val Map: Theed vs Champions of the Force:
Clone Commander Bacara Clone Commander Gree Queen Amidala Jedi Weapons Master x2 Sev x4 Fixer x1 Ugnaught Demolitionist x6
200 pts. 16 Activations.
For this matchup I think my pure defensiveness would be the ultimate deciding factor as the Sev's without combining fire would need 11+ to hit any character in this squad and would also have to make Draw Fire saves and get through Soresu on a failed save. with a 24D in Cover Sev is at 15 to hit. The fighting would go down in the gambit room as I would essentially storm gambit with the main 5. Should the opposing squad come into the center room, Kaliyo would shut down their mobile, Gree's CE, and Super-Stealth allowing the Agent to put a hurting on things. Chewing through 510 HP on this squad is a tall order for groups that will at maximum do 40 with the JWM's. Khem Val can one shot a commando with 30 base damage also and Caedus can help the Sith set up their attacks too. I think in the end higher damage ceiling coupled with higher Defense is too much to overcome for Champions.

I'd pretty much have to concede here. The power creep is just too much after a decade.
As for how to pull off a win, I need to make use of my advantage in activations to be able to drop in and dogpile on one character at a time, but with Cadeus and the Juggernaut as the likely vanguard, I just can't really see that happening without lucky die rolls. And to think, these guys were gatekeepers back in the day.

Giving my vote to Galactic Heroes, it would be a tall order for +9 attacks to take down that much beef.

Played the simulation of this match last night. Galactic heroes dominated. I was able to kill Kaliyo and drop d agent to 20 HP and that was it.
