Scenario;
Wookiee Thug( benefiting from Karrde's CE ) does charging assault/ momemtum, smacks activated enemy (+16 for 50 dmg), hits again ( Backlash ( +16 for 50 dmg ), kills enemy, then Cleave attack (+16 for 50 dmg) then Backlash , to initiate another +16 attack for 50 dmg, is this correct? Also, with Cleave, could this potentially keep happening? Does the chain end, or keep going if minis keep getting defeated?

Charging and Backlash don't go together. Charging lets you make "an" attack. The only way you get Backlash is to not Charge. Cleave lets you make "1" attack.
The only way to get two attacks with Charging and Cleave is if you have Twin.

Cleave and Rolling Cleave only trigger once per turn, but they also trigger when it's not your turn (e.g. Attack of Opportunity or a cannon shot).
Rolling Attacks, on the other hand, can trigger multiple times on your turn, but does not trigger outside your turn.
Charging Assault replaces turn, so you do not get to use your regular attacks (with Backlash) on that turn. You only get the attack generated by Charging Assault. If you didn't use Charging Assault, you could get move and get two attacks with Backlash, but they would have to be against the same activated enemy. Cleave can generate an additional attack, though, if you defeat one enemy and another is adjacent. At best, you move 6, use Backlash to attack an activated enemy twice, defeat that enemy and then with Cleave get a third attack against another adjacent enemy.
