With the new son of sky walker and rapport for ghosts. If old ben kenobi dies and I get his Force ghost, how many victory points would it be worth?

Characters gained through Force Essence or Dismount are treated like Reserves, so in this example Obi Ghost would be worth the reduced cost via SoS's Rapport.
