is there any other fringe commanders, besides Kardde, that can boost a unique fringe droid, using Camper's CEBlink Blink

Very little. If it has Stealth or Bounty Hunter there are a few. A lot of Fringe CEs are either non-Unique or a specific subset of characters.

Bib's movement CE normally doesn't work on droids. Camper would let it.

Used camper in a game last night, and a question came up that someone may be able to help clear up. So, campers CE says at the beginning of the game to pick a unique droid, and that for the rest of the skirmish that droid is subject to fringe commanders CEs. During the game, camper was KIA and the way I interpret his CE, I believed that it continued to affect the chosen droid even after he was dead because it states " for the rest of the skirmish". However, my opponent believed that once camper died, the CE would go away as he wasn't on the board to grant the CE anymore. I know that in most instances he is correct, that if a commander dies, the CE goes off when they die, however the way it is worded leads me to believe that Campers CE is a boost that stays with the chosen droid regardless of if camper dies or not. Thanks in advance for any clarification, as it does make a huge difference in how the piece plays!

For the rest of the skirmish means for the rest of the skirmish. Your interpretation is correct.
