That means if you move, you can't later attack that turn. And if you attack then you can't later move. No movement at all.

Note the slight difference in wording. You get the second attack from Double Attack
instead of your normal movement. You could still use other bonus movement such as Agile or something like that. But that doesn't really address your question.
Quote:Greater Mobile Attack: Can move both before and after attacking. This character can make extra attacks even if it moves this turn, but it must make them all before resuming movement.
GMA allows you to move and still make all of your "extra" attacks from Double, Triple, Double Claw, etc. But it does nothing to get around the Heavy Weapon restriction.
