swinefeld entered the data for the squadbuilder, but Affinity and Rapport require some extra programming. shinja (owner of the site) has to do that. It actually hasn't been updated for a set or two. To get around missing Affinity programming, have to have an 'all factions' squad. To get around missing Rapport programming, you can either add a comment about what's missing in the squad or increase the point total to fit the other pieces in.
