The other day I was playing a game with a deathshot squad. My opponent used Force repulse to kill a few troopers which were adjacent to Galen Marek, the mini using repulse. He was also using Rieekan, so Galen had evade. My question is does he get to move my pieces before they die, or do they die adjacent and thus not letting him use evade?

With things like Force Push and Repulse, resolve damage and defeats first before movement. So, the characters would get their deathshots where they stand.
This is covered under Resolving effects in the FAQ.

The Force Repulse stops when the Repulsor is defeated too, right?

Yes, once the repulser was defeated, the repulse would stop.
