force awakens figures

EDIT: I think I saw a picture that had somebody's hand near one of them, they look to big to fit minis. Darn.

nice find! thanks for sharing BlooMilk
these are up to 4" high, so they're a little larger than army men, or the Star Wars Command figure sets etc,
they're a fraction too huge as player figures. Though, as 'broken' statues etc, they might make great terrain.
However, Mdelafe found some gashapon korrectibiru from Tomy that are very close to SWMinis scale! those might help.

good luck hunting! BigGrin

Yes, for now there is only 2 ways to obtain good (and legal) The Force Awakens WotC compatible minis in scale.

The Gashapons of Takara Tomy:

And there is a set of figs compatible... but you only can buy it in Disneyland and DisneyWorld parks in USA. For me is impossible to obtain... but if anyone pick up all these minis (TFA and SW Rebels too) and made molds can made a good business.

You can see a comparison with real WotC minis in my post on customs thread.

I paid 30€ for the complete set, with shippings from Japan to Spain included.

30euro is a bargain! Great hunting!
Hey, say, is it true?
will the excellent Knight Models of Madrid be making more Wars minis? BigGrin
Knight Models make EXCELLENT CIS faction pieces, and their Aayla Secura is my favorite republic custom mini
even if the stormtrooper look not at all manly hehe.
(and, where are the alien troopers or fem? luckily, WarGames Factory have the minis eh?).

I bought the minis in eBay. Just search "Star Wars Takara Tomy Gashapon Mini Set" and maybe you´ll be lucky.

Knight Models are awesome, expensive, but fantastic minis, but if you don't have good painting skills is a pity 'cause the minis are too good for amateurs. I think I'm not enough good for paint a Knight Model.

I don't know if they will do more SW minis. One of the best Game-Con in Spain are near my city. They usually has a stand and I'll try to ask for new SW minis. I'll talk with him about the V-sets and all the efforts for maintain the game alive, they has now Marvel license and Star Wars is hot now, is not an impossible petition.

I received my Kylo Ren, and the scale is spot on!
minis are a little rubbery, but look awesome, better than a custom.

indeed, when I get mine,
it will be a TFA custom "Darth Revan", Revan was a female sith lord with Malak.
I simply snip off the 'crossguard' and replace the blade with a lightsaber blade BigGrin
add a base, and its done!
as locals have said, "Darth Reveena" hehe

@jak,
will we be seeing that on the customs forums?
I'd be intrigued to see how you base is,
and if you need to do any touch-up paint (my one was a little sketchy eheh)
