First of all, I want to know why he is Fringe and not Imperial.
Because he would stand at Palps throne.

1. No idea.
2. They way over valued Dominate back in the day (the B'omarr Monk costs even more) and haven't used that ability on a LONG time.

Dominate is awesome, if you can pull it off.
I dominated a Cade, and he killed a Jango BH on one turn and gave himself 30 in spash damage.

dominate is awesome. i got Cadeus to activate five times in two rounds. I lost the fight but it was cool.
