How do you create a squad with no faction restrictions (e.g. from a booster tournament)?

well, first off, if you have a CE that is very useful to use than I build around it, but I like using more damaging charcters to take out the opponent in a release,

for JA if I get either the ossus vong or the other one Im going to use it, or a JWM, etc

I mean - how do you create a squad using Bloo Milk? How do you turn off the faction restrictions?

you can make it so there is no fringe on your team though.
