Can you use thrawn's CE to move sidious on throne with imperial sentinal? I figure you might be able to since they do not "move" to do this, which is why things liek tranfer essence will also work with triple. Gimme an idea?

No, as stated in the bloomilk's glossary under "Emplacement":
"This character cannot move or be moved by another effect (such as Force Push), nor can its position be changed through other effects (such as Grand Admiral Thrawn's commander effect)"
