Stacking abilities Options

What are the rules on how abilities stack? In particular, do things like Evade, Soresu, and Shien give multiple saves if you have each of them?

Abilities don't stack with themselves but they stack with other abilities. Commander Effects that give a straight bonus (as opposed to giving a bonus by granting a Special Ability) do not stack with each other.

If you have Evade, Soresu, and Shien you could get 3 saves.
