I would think so, since it's droid characters not characters with droid.

great question!
I want to say yes (are there that many non-unique characters with Cyborg under 30points?)
yet, I think sticklers will say "Cyborg does not equal Droid",
so i don't believe you can have a character with Cyborg brought in through Droid Reserves.

Cyborg only counts as droid for the purposes of CEs and attacks etc.

It'll be interesting to see how more learned swminis-ers reflect on this one. BigGrin

Cyborgs do count as droids.

Glossary Text

A Cyborg character counts as living and as both a Droid and a non-Droid. This means it benefits from effects that target Droids (such as Repair) in addition to other kinds of effects (such as Heal). However, a Cyborg character is also vulnerable to harmful effects that don’t normally affect Droids (such as critical hits) as well as those that specify Droids (such as Electric Shock). Cyborgs can be affected by commander effects.
