I know this has been asked a thousand times since 2004, but I have a debate with my opponent in a game we are about to play.

Can a Commando On Speeder Bike (with Han Solo in Stormtrooper Armor) use Strafe Attack while using Charging Fire?

Thanks for any advice, and I'd appreciate some finer details since the rulebook entries are not settling the debate.

Yes. Charging Fire occurs on the character's turn and provides movement.
