Howdy,
I recently dug up my (Droid Starfighter in Walking Mode)s, and unfortunately the years have not been kind to them. They've been basically bent all the way down. I am looking to get them back into working order, because they really are nice sculpts.
I've taken to the Very Hot Water and Ice Cold Water method to reshape them, and it holds for about 20 minutes before they re-position themselves. I left them in the ice water for nearly 15 minutes. Should I do this longer?
As a Warhammer player, my next inclination is to pin them upright. But those resources are not readily available, and frankly, I'm sure there has to be a more homemade solution, so I view pinning generally as a last resort.
Any suggestions or ideas?

Off the top of my head, brace with tape and toothpicks, sit it in a sunny place for a couple hours. Put in shady/cool spot, let sit a couple hours. Used to fix warped records (ya'know, vinyl) by placing the LP between two heavy books, in the sun.
