Not gonna lie - disappointingly low turnout.
But we're doing a top 8 anyway, after 4 rounds of Swiss.
1 TimmerB - Les Femmes Fatale. (Imp badass swapping ladies) 2. Lou - Cin/Serra, Quinlan, Gen Sky guy 3. Bryan H - Vongalicious. 4. TJ - Sithy Caedus ghosty stuff (little different than last year) 5. Jason K - Skybuck 6. Trevor P - Rebel uniques (LL speeder and Hansicle) 7. Mike G - vong nastiness 8. Randy - Daala, Storm Commandos, dignitaries

Having Han Solo in Carbonite in the GenCon top four rules. I imagine Rebels match up OK against Vong as well, so it could make the final, right?
Is it using the v-set 11 Han? Lando Infiltrator?

Rebels vs Skybuck in the final? It's time to party like it's 2010.

I never thought of running Hansickle with Luke and Leia on Speeder. What else was in the squad?
If something is broken, it's good that it's unique, famous pieces, with a fun gimmick. Much more fun than random Vong warriors or something.

I was kidding. He was 6 seed going in, so it wasn't like it was unbeatable.
He had RS R2, See Threepio, Lando Infiltrator, Chewie RH I think, Crix, the Twins, and Hansickle with CotMF. Sabine. Not sure what I missed there.

I was 2 rolls away from not making the playoff cut...I made it in with a 2-2 record. I'll post a report at some point after GenCon.

Curse of the undefeated continues! There's never been a player who went undefeated during Swiss that has ended up winning. I still had a good time. Here is my squad: http://www.bloomilk.com/Squad/169158/les-femmes-fatales

WOW!!!!! What a player Trevor is. 2 GenCon victories, and by the way, being the architect of "Moving Mando's" David Weeks squad that won in 2014, he is a "3" time winner in my book. Congrats Trevor! Your the man!!!!!!!!

How many total players were there? What squads were played outside the top 8?

If someone told me last year that Han in Carbonite was going to win Gencon, I'd probably take their lunch money. Congratulations Trevor.

Sadly there were only 12 total players this year, however the 12 that were there are some pretty stiff competition! As for squads that didn't make top 8, I played Cin, Serra, Quinlan, and Mira of NS, with Marn. Alex was running Atris, Thrawn, and 5-6 Echanis. Laura was running her OR pilots squad.
