I was looking at the Sith Alchemist with the force power Sith Weapon. One of the requirements is for the receiver to not have a light saber. I started looking around and found the special ability Lightsaber Wielder, which is an obvious way for a mini to be considered having a lightsaber. Also, if the figures pose has a light saber I would assume that the character is considered to have one.
What are other ways in determining whether a mini has a lightsaber?

A figure is considered to have a Lightsaber if it has one of the following:
A visible lightsaber on the model (WotC minis) or the picture of the mini on the card (V-Sets) The Lightsaber special ability The Lightsaber Wielder special ability A printed Force Power with the word Lightsaber in the title
This is primarily covered under the glossary definition of "With Lightsabers"

Thanks, I didn't realize there was a section in the glossary about this. One more thing. For characters with weapons similar to lightsabers, such as Lumiya or a Mistryl Shadow Guard, would you just say that they count as a lightsaber, since they are lightwhips? Or do they not count since they don't meet the above requirements.

A lightwhip is not classified as a Lightsaber.

GMLS has one clipped to his belt, but that would not be enough to count as having a lightsaber. He has a Force power with the word Lightsaber, so he does count as having a lightsaber, but not because of his mini. I believe the Dark Side Enforcer also has a lightsaber clipped to the belt, but does not count as having a lightsaber.
