Both Caedus' have Aing-Tii.
Cognus has Intuition and Surprise Attack.

Can the acting player split Cognus' Intuition and Surprise Attack? eg, could Cognus Intuition, then Caeduis Aing-Tii, then Cognus Surprise Attack?

As far as I know you cannot. If you start Cognus' turn then you must finish it, you can't do one action, then play Caedus's turn, then do the second half of Cognus' turn.

I'm going to take the view that you can. All are once per round after initiative is determined. So the acting player can determine which order each is resolved. Intuition isn't taking a turn so Surprise Attack doesn't have to be used immediately after. Once you start Aing--Tii, you have to finish that turn.

Intuition and surprise attack. Are two different abilities/effects and therefore happen independently of one another and can be split up around Caedus aing te turn if you so choose. You could even surprise attack and then use intuition f you wanted as well since caedus turn doesn't count as an activation.

Well I think that means I've been proven wrong, oh well can't be right all the time. So there you go, split at your hearts content
