Hi bloomilk gang! This is Keith Kaminski from Hamburg, NY. Long time since Iv'e been on here, I hope all is well for everyone. I have recently gotten into a new ccg called Star Wars Destiny. It is a lot of fun. I know that there is a healthy gaming community in western new york, so I thought that I would reach out to you all here to encourage you to give this game a try (as a supplement to star wars miniatures obviously ;). We even have a small play group that has just recently formed at WNY Gaming in Hamburg on Thursday nights at 6:30. We are hoping to get it to the level of tournaments and such. If you have any questions, just let me know. It's fun buying booster packs looking for rares and building a fun themed deck and all. FYI-This is my first ever ccg and I love it!

Have the 2 starters, and bought a booster box but haven't gotten to play yet.

any fans of the SW:TCG, or FFG's W40K card game with dice, will probably like this card game!
it looks like fun.
I play Decipher Wars, SW:TCG, and I will probably play this game too.
though, we're spoiled for card games at the moment;
DC v Marvel has new cards,
Myths and Legends has new chilean cards,
Gwent is released on PS4 etc. (and accompanying physical card tournaments).
and I've been collecting artist swap cards and Hanafuda decks hehe.
this is your first CCG/trading card game DarthBinks?
be careful, you might catch the bug for other card games too hehe.
MtG etc?

MtG etc? Ha! I never wanted to spend the time learning 15 years worth of MTG's rules, cards, errata's etc...I like that I'm starting off at the beginning of a game :). I loved STM but even that I got into with about 1 year remaining. I had to basically study the rule book, ask questions etc...like I was cramming for a class in college. It was fun but exhausting to get into a game with a lot of history behind it.
