Do these Abilities stack or does one take precedence over the other?

They have separate names. But they trigger at the same time. So they should stack.

Normally, abilities with the same trigger can be resolved in the order of the player's choosing. However, the glossary for Djem So states that the decision to use the other abilities must be made before rolling Djem So's save.

^ True. I think the intent behind that mostly involved having to decide to spend Force points on stuff like Riposte before seeing the result of the Djem So save, but it says what it says.
