Can a previously defeated character be brought back it through Reserves ?
ie. Blizz dies, later I roll 11 for Init. Can I bring 'lil Blizz back in?

I don't think so... I'm pretty sure defeated characters are still considered "Part of your squad" for that sort of thing. I think FlyingArrow calls it "deferred squadbuilding" - any Reserves and Reinforcements you bring in still have to be legal with your original squad.

once any version of a unique is in your squad and is defeated, you cannot bring the same or different version in later with reserves.
