I'm having trouble finding the rules for Epic 500. It's been awhile since I've played so I don't remember them. If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be awesome.

Many eons ago, when I was a wee lad, I recall, the last time I attended GenCon, and I participated in the Epic 500pt Championship ( Placed 2nd, by the way ), the rules were something along these lines; 1. 500 pts 2. 16 acts max ( Team can never exceed 16 ) 3. No activation control ( Dodonna, San Hill, Ozzel, etc. ) 4. Gambit = 25 pts, min of a 25 pt character in gambit 5. Disentegration ability was not allowed ( although you could still have Boba on your team ) (6. Bastila nerfed to only last the round she activates, not until the next time she activates) This is a rule that was implemented sometime after the yr I came in second, because of the NPE that peops were experiencing in this format with Bastila 500 pt squads.
The last year I played ( 2013 I believe ), Epic sets I & II, had been released ( I believe it was the 3rd yr that Epic's had been released, ( 2011, 2012, 2013 ) ) This was the order of the top 3. Everyone will be surprised which faction won along with which Epic was the one chosen by the winning participant; 1. Seps ( Darth Maul Epic- Believe it or not! ) ( Although General Grievous probably isn't surprised ) 2. OR ( Lord Hoth ) 3. NR ( Boba Fett-Mandalore )

Yea, but with the rule change, you have to activate her to get ABM, wasting an early activation. This makes a huge difference, rather then her ABM, still being in effect, until she activates the following round. In squirmishes under 500pts, you just activate her last, the following round, basically getting 2 rnds for the price of 1!

These are the rules that we have used when running the event at Gencon!!!
Epic figure is the only figure who can score Gambit. Gambit worth 50 pts. Must have exactly one Epic figure in your squad. 16 Activations Maximum (cannot go over 16 figures with reserves or reinforcements). Commander Effects or Special Abilities that allow you to move less than the normal amount of characters will be ignored. Advanced Battle Meditation will end at the end of each round (instead of until the character next activates). There will be no limit on the number of Commander Effects in your squad.
