So I was recently playing against Dice Ibegon, and the question cam up of wether or not you can spend FP to aiing to flow walk which generates a free turn pre round, and then also spend FP on the resulting turn if you don't have MoTF? I honestly didn't know as I could see reasons why it could go either way, any clarification would be appreciated.

Yes
Q: Can a character spend Force points on a turn created by using Aing-Tii Flow Walking or were the points spent to trigger it considered part of the turn?
A: You may spend Force points. It's considered a turn like any other. But the character does not benefit from abilities like Force Renewal because it is not considered an activation.

Actually, I should have already known the answer to this if I would have thought about it as I'm pretty sure that was one of the main mechanics of Flying arrows Dance of Death squad a couple years ago was to use SBM to drag people around Bariss and then do it again top of the round.

Yes. The whole pre-round time is considered one "turn" for the purposes of spending Force points, by Aing-Tii generates its open separate turn.
