I am going to download and print the Vsets. Where do I get the latest versions? I see multiple locations under the links tab. Are they all the same? Have changes been applied to the downloads?

Any PDFs of a given set will be the same.* A few cards have received errata, but if there are errata cards, they are bundled together with later PDFs as opposed to updating the original PDF. For example, there are some errata cards at the end of the Vset 13 PDF.

The errata (other than some minor typos or abilities accidentally omitted from cards) come from the Balance Committee rulings, which have been issued twice. Here are the two announcements:

Writing all that into a nice PDF and uploading it to the Rules section on swmgamers is one of the many things on my to-do list.

At the top left are the final WotC documents: rulebook, Glossary, FAQ, errata.
Ideally, we'd have nice, clean corresponding documents for the Vsets. I believe "Force Ability" is still the only term that Vsets have introduced to the glossary. "Changes position" will be a second one added soon. However, there have been tons of new abilities added to the glossary - but otherwise all based on WotC game terms.

* Unless you manage to stumble upon a pre-release PDF that's still floating around out there... HIGHLY unlikely since the pre-release PDFs were never given a general release in the first place, and pre-release PDFs weren't even made at all for the past few years.
