The errata in imperial entanglements for the emperor removes the: (a character still can't spend force points more that once per turn and can combine force points)
Does this mean that vader can now combine force points with the emperor?

What the errata did was change the first sentence of his CE as it initially said that characters could spend the force points of a character named Emperor Palpatine (Thus making the CE useless).

No he was saying that the original CE was useless because it said "Emperor Palpatine" not Emperor Palpatine on Throne and since Palps is uniques, you cannot have both in your squad. Confusing, I know.
