The anit-droid army will work against some lesser droid builds but I don't think it will stand against some of the recent Meta Droids squads that has been going around these last 6 months. Lancer squads come to mind also IG-86s can do some damage.
The squad you posted is weak against Lancer squads the only real counter you have for them are the Kel dors but even then they self destruct 40 and that still keeps 1 lancer at 10 health. More then half of your squad can be killed with 1 twin lancer strafe.
I'm not agreeing with the original poster because droid armies can be dismantled .
Example:
57 General Grievous, Droid Army Commander
60 IG Lancer Droid x2
32 IG-86 Assassin Droid x2
12 Gha Nachkt
8 Battle Droid Officer
7 Security Battle Droid
5 Caamasi Noble
6 Battle Droid x2
4 Mouse Droid x2
9 Ugnaught Demolitionist x3
(200pts. 16 activations)
Once the lancers get thru the kel dors and kills a few extra figs on the way the second lancer can just clean up the mess. The IG-86's have staying power with the mouse droids giving them cover. They will also be able to get there oppurtunist once the lancers take out most scubs and activations.
You have a few errors here, namely the squad build. Any amount of tempo control, stealth, and/or Riposte/Djem So will make that squad cry.
2 Lancers is definitely not the tier 1 version, nor is it viable against most 200 meta squads. Lancer has to be run with Sidious or San Hill depending on where the strength of the squad lies. Only 4 attackers and 2 of them being Lancers (The Security BD is decent but not enough) gives the squad little staying power.
A standard NR with Kyle or even properly run Republic will, not can, will beat that.
