If Chirrut Îmwe gains mobile attack, can he use Heavy Blaster 30 And move after the attack, or since it "replaces turn" does the Blaster keep him stuck where ever he is?

Since it replaces turn, he wouldn't have any time in which he could move, as he is giving up his turn to do the attack.
Heavy blaster doesn't specifically prevent moving (like heavy weapon does), so he could use old school RS Leia's CE, or if he hit someone with counter strike and they hit him back, he could use rolling evade to move, etc.
