Guys I'm just wondering which one is the best option for a 200 format squad since both are good commanders and have the same CE. Any thoughts????

The CE is not actually the same. Kenobi's CE is for all allies, while Windu's CE is for followers only, which is an important difference. Also Kenobi costs less and has Soresu Style Mastery for defense which helps him keep granting that CE while joining in on the action. Windu on the other hand has very little in the way of defense and at 72 points really needs to help do some of the dirty work. IMO it's Kenobi that you want.

Yes, I don't think it's even close. Ranged Defense is so key in WOTC, and General Windu is effectively unplayable as he's 72 points with no ranged defense. Obi JG is pretty solid, although it's hard to pick him over GOWK.
