Resistance squadbuilding tournament is up and running. Let's do two tournaments at once!
Quick squadbuilding tournament... build the best First Order squad or Rogue One squad that you can.
Both subfactions might not quite work yet as a "pure" subfaction, so I'm going to go with an arbitrary number here. At least 75% of the characters in your squad must be First Order or Rogue One characters.
Very quick tournament: 24 hours to enter. 24 hours for voting. We'll use CCC style voting, but anyone who is following along can vote - you don't have to enter to vote. Winner will earn entry into the Tournament of Champions.
Criteria is competitiveness. Try to win GenCon with your squad.
You may enter one squad for each subfaction.

I count 7 Rogue One characters out of 11 = 64%. But Ewok Deity is also a rare choice. What was the reason for him?

That should work. It's tough to get that 75% working when First Order needs the boost from Thrawn or Daala and also don't have their own door control.

I really like the Rogue One Marine, but I think 4 is too many to match with only 4 Rogue One Uniques. So the Daala squads look better, and I went with the Riot Control troops over the Flametrooper+Holocron.

I just realized we didn't have a tiebreaker established.
So... TIEBREAKER RULE:
1. Anyone who already has one of their squads in the tournament loses the tie to someone who doesn't.
2. If still tied, earliest submission wins. (But FlyingArrow loses all ties.)
juice_man would be the winner, but unfortunatley didn't vote so he isn't eligible. Although if he voted, someone else would have necessarily won anyway since he can't vote for his own squad, so some other squad would have 7 or more points. So moving on to the tiebreaker...
FlyingArrow automatically loses tiebreakers, so he's out. CorranHornsux123 beats DarkDracul on the tiebreaker.
