With Grand Admiral Rulf Yage's CE, do units brought from the opposing faction count as the squad's faction for the sake of other CE's?
For instance: Sith Trooper Captain: "Sith trooper allies gain Double Attack. " Darth Wyyrlock III: "Sith followers without Affinity gain Backlash."
If you used Imperial "troopers", do they: Benefit from both the previous CE's as they are "troopers" in a Sith-factioned squad? Benefit from neither as they are Imperial-factioned, in a Sith squad?
Thanks in advance.

The latter. Characters brought into a squad via a CE do not change faction, so in this case, we would have Imperial Troopers in a Sith squad.
If they were brought in via Affinity, such as with Lord Krayt, then they would change faction and thus be considered Sith Troopers (but CEs that affect Imperial troopers would no longer apply to them).

The rule about Affinity changing a character's faction is spelled out in the glossary for Affinity.
