Under review, but per the glossary definition, Force Leap is a 'zero-time' ability, which is defined in context of a normal turn, not usable when replacing turn, which restricts your actions to what is stated. So the answer is most likely NO. I'll follow up asap.

After due consideration, the less-restrictive interpretation is applicable here, as it pertains to and modifies aspects of the character's movement, so yes you can use it when replacing turn (assuming the RT ability involves moving).
