Force Storm 2 (Force 2, replaces attacks: 20 damage to all adjacent characters)
Diplomat (If an attacker has line of sight to any enemies without Diplomat, this character is not a legal target and does not count as the nearest enemy, even if adjacent)
Since Force Storm is not a targeting Force power, it works against Diplomats right? This would fall right in line with flamethrower, grenades, missles, etc., which also effect all adjacent characters.

I think it may be something like Lightsaber Sweeo... If a Diplomat and a non Diplomat are adjacent to you, then you could LS both targets... But you could not LS if only the Diplomat was adjacent. So I think as long as another character is there, it should work. My thoughts tho is it works no matter what, as a Diplomat would take damage from War Throat, and other abilities similar to it.

YES. Shmi15 is correct. Force Storm does not target, just like LS Sweep doesn't target.

You still can’t kill a diplomat with Sweep though right? You need something else like Overwhelimg?

Diplomat involves both targeting and attacking. I intended the reference as to 'all adjacent' (whether enemies only or all characters) Thanks for noting the clarification.
