If I use dominate on Revan, he obviously can't move on the extra turn, but can he still change positions and swap with another character?

So basically, you don't have a "movement phase" or whatever the term is, but abilities and commander effects can still change your position.

Only a change in position that is not the result of movement. e.g. swap/ transfer essence
If the CE or ability "moves" the character then it could not be used during the Dominate turn.

*unrelated sidenote: Force Renewal does not trigger during a Dominate turn.

I got that one right by accident. I wasn't even thinking of movement vs placement. I was just thinking of the fact that the CE does trigger at the end of the Dominate turn.
