if you are using Yoda CS or the new Leia, and you fail both saves than spend a FP and fail again, can you reroll for free with their CE again?

No. Yoda and Leia's CEs specifically state you can reroll each save once. When you spend a Force Point, you aren't generating a new save, you're just rerolling the old one (again).

Your answer can be found here: http://bloomilk.com/Forums/Default.aspx?g=posts&t=1893Short answer is no. Let's say for example, you have Leia Skywalker and Wedge on Kyle Katarn, JBM. He 1st rolls for evade from Wedge, then fails, 2nd roll from Leia, fails... then if you spend a FP to reroll a failed roll from Leia, it still does not give you a free reroll on the same action taking place. The only time Leia's CE can allow you to get a free reroll is only when you use a different Special Ability (not violating stacking rules)... only then when you fail once on the SA can allow you to reroll from Leia on that same turn.
