Simple question, just wanted to know if lets say you have Thrawn, Palp on Throne & something of the same base size as palp throne, can you swap palp on throne with the other using thrawns ce? or because its emplacement u cant do it? Thanx to whoever & everyone who answers this.

I dont think you can swap him because it says: can not move or be moved.

yea thats what i was thinking too.. but then i was thinking since it would be thrawn's ce moving him & not palpatine himself moving, that maybe you could ya know.. anyways thanx uggie..
