Interesting to see the numbers.

Well, they did change the numbering system a bit (Seps are now before Republic). Personally, I wouldn't mind if Seps get the bulk of the set, they really did get screwed in terms of numbers in CW.
And I like Asajj. Great upgrade to her CE.

Yeah...I thought that was a bit weird after I looked at it again. Hmm...wonder if they would stick the Dark Side factions first then? Or if they will keep the Era Factions paired? Might not get 25 Seps... (I'm hoping we do though)
I agree. Can't wait to get more Seps.
And yes, definitely a boost over the old CE.

I highly doubt there are 25 seps when there are so many names that are before C in names:
Anakin
Ahsoka
Admiral Yolarrin
Tons more I am sure.
I am happy Asajj is pretty good, built in Evade, a usable Commander Effect, and Niman are all pretty coll. Love the Master Speed, nothing like running 12 needing 4s to kill R2 with Twin.
Rex is a nice change from the previous one, much more fluff for the cost than the first one definitely.

Pretty sweet stuff. I think that the new Rex will see a lot of play in the current Republic; his CE is huge for the whole faction, not just clones for a change. But I don't think that Asajj will see a ton of play, especially with the map pack one. What killed her for me is the CE. It's nice to see that non-Droid Seps are getting a boost, but that commander effect means that she can't use the TBSV, and she doesn't have enough FPs to keep Master Speeding up to people. If the Seps get a Force Battery, I'll change my mind on this though.
Also, anyone notice how the Seps come before the Republic in this set?
EDIT: Screwed up. Rex's CE only works on clones.

And 30 damage... wow...
Maybe I'm being dense, but does his CE require the piece to actually move? If I have someone near him who double attacks, for instance, can the piece still move after attacking, even though it didn't move (and thus didn't "end it's move" near him)?

EDIT: Screwed up. Rex's CE only works on clones. Force Battery like, oh, Darth Sidious? And yes, Rex's CE requires actual movement, just like Princess Leia, Senator. I think I got the correct stats up now, sort of got flustered when my first post got lost.

well in the booster boxs thats rex on one of them. I like the way they made this one his own man. i will probly use old rex over new one but now i have the choice

I still like that although they've added a new Ventress, it doesn't completly eclipse either of the other two Ventresses when you consider cost and abilities.
I'm more boarder-line with whether I like the new Rex or not. He's a decent piece (hitting for 30s, double, flight, and GM combo is awesome!), but I think that Captain Rex from CW will still see more playability.
