Nothing about Vodo indicates that he has a lightsaber. If I remember correctly to count has having a lightsaber a character must clearly be using a lightsaber (I don't see a glowstick in his hand), have the Lightsaber special ability (he doesn't), or have some power with lightsaber in its name. Note that the Sith Lord DOES have a lightsaber by virtue of having the Lightsaber Assult power despite not displaying a lightsaber (the one on his belt doesn't count) or having that ability. Just being having a Force Rating and Melee attack doesn't cut it.

Looking a Aurra JH's stats here I'd certainly guess she gets to add her lightsaber damage on all qualifing (thus adjacent) attacks.

1. No. Vodo does not have a visible Lightsaber, nor does he have the Lightsaber SA or Force Power with Lightsaber in the name.
2. Yes, if they are adjacent.

It is true to the story, however.

I guess I'm wrong here (it has been known to happen...), but can she even attack other targets if one is adjacent to her?

Correct. With Blaster Barrage you check for all legal targets before you start the attacks. So the only legal targets would be any adjacent to Aurra, if there was at least one adjacent.

Yes.
Depending on your opponents positioning (of other characters) and Aurra's health, I would probably give up an AoO to Kreia to move Aurra to a square where should could target Kreia and other enemies in a case such as that.
Or to not target Kreia at all (those blasted 1 rolls always seem to happen at the worst possible moment Razz )

Namely when:
1) FP is used to activate the power that replaces attacks
2) And said piece also has twin

If more and more Betrayal comes available, the people singing blessings of twin will slowly learn to rue that statement. :)
