ok, i have mas amedda and thrawn in a room locked up by override.
i have a bunch of storm troopers out side my door. now i know with thrawn, you have to be within 6 squares to get swapped, and i know mas removes the range limit.
so, can i swap my vader unleashed, who is also with thrawn and mas in the room, with a stormie on the other side of the door. because of mas' booming voice?
or do i have to have some sort of open range to make contact with the characters, I.E, the door being open?

You have to be able to count to the person, even with Mas. Mas just lets you count infinitely. Unfortunately, with closed doors, you cannot count to the Stormie, no matter how high you count.
In short, no you cannot. You need some sort of "open range" to the target of the swap.
(However, if there was a mouse droid on the other side with the Stormtrooper, you could do it.)

Booming Voice does not remove the range, it EXTENDS it. A very key difference.
