Star Wars in Concert just so happens to be touring through my hometown this October. After seeing a TV commercial and visiting the official website, I bought tickets online without hesitation. It is supposed to be groundbreaking in several ways. It's the first time Star Wars has ever done a musical tour with a full symphany. It is also the largest high defenition screen to ever go on tour in the world!!! Not to mention it will be the largest HD screen Star Wars has EVER been viewed on. There will also be a large scale Star Wars exhibit. A few sneak peaks show the official Han Solo in Carbonite, Yoda Puppet, Chewbacca's costume, and tons more. It almost sounds too good to be true. Just check out this link to see how great it is... http://www.starwarsinconcert.com/

It's coming to Seattle in October (I think). It looked pretty cool, but it was about $90 a ticket.

Yeah, it is starting on the West Coast so it will come through Seattle in the winter. I got my tickets for $75 each, so yeah.... They are expensive, however you dont have to buy the best tickets. They go as low as $30 in some sections.

Didn't see the $30 ones, just did a cursory glance. I'll have to look into it again tonight, my daughter was real interested in going with me.

I got tickets for the San Jose, Ca. show... can't wait!
Now the question is, take the wife, or my best friend. Decisions, decisions.

I am going to the San Jose show too. Are you going to the early one, or the late one? Are you local to San Jose?

They have only released the schedule for the first have of the tour so far. Not only will the tour reach the East Coast, it will go as far as London, England. It will come your way in 2010.
