I'd drop Ozzel for a Human BG. Honestly, TBSV squads work better utilizing jolt than trying to survive an entire round with 40hps to get Opp. A BG is also needed to deal with Yodabuck swaps, strafes, and other deep strike options in the game.

I'd probably change to the old lobot and forget reserves anyways, and then you can get your BG as a reinforcement.

i'd say drop one twi'lek for a bith, then you
have some firepower at the start of the round,
and the bith has a little better survivability.
