AHHHHHH HAHAHA oh these are beautiful. my gess is the lower 15 are the vr/r and the top 24 are uc/c except for the droid that looks like r2 with a new paint job. either that or the wat tambor type person.

Admiral Yularren (sp?), new Wat Tambor, Commando Droid, new Ahsoka, Cody, and a few Sep commanders looks like all in one set! Woohoo!
Can't wait, Admiral will have a cool CE, probably something like Imp Gov Tarkin where he benefits Commanders.

15 the maga might have cannon type gun from E10
19 should be have repair he repaired GG in E10
The Blue droid is from E9 should be Rep
the R7 is from E9 could be Rep or Fringe

me and my bro noticed that the trooper on the top left is the same as the one 2 over to the right.

hrm, interesting. Nothing really jumps out to me, but the new Kit might be cool. I don't know, nothing here really excites me. I'll buy 2 maybe 3 bootsers max, more left for Uggie Demo I guess.

As LoboStele on SWMGamers points out, There are 15 R/VR at the bottom.
Coupled with the double clone, I think Lobo's right that the seller simply made a goof, putting another clone in for the other R/VR. Maybe a double goof if the Magnaguard is misplaced.
The chase is on.
Also, Bothans spies have indicated Whorm and Hondo are VR...
