If I have Darth Baras on my squad, do the characters in my squad have to move next to enemies within 6 squares, ignoring other (farther) enemies? Can I move next to an enemy who is 12 squares away, or an I forced to move next to an enemy that started my turn within 6 squares?

If it is restrictive, that sucks since melee already has trouble getting past scrubs blocking doors, and this makes it super easy to lure a beatstick into the open while preventing them from basing.


CE for reference:

Unique Sith allies with a lightsaber who have not spent Force Points on a named Force power this skirmish gain Aggressive Negotiations.

Allies with Diplomat must end their moves adjacent to an enemy within 6 squares, if able.

I mean... even if they can be baited pretty easily, they also can't be shot while they're being baited. If you're abusing Diplomat, you've probably got some scrubs with Cloaked or Stealth to keep them protected. But yeah, that could be pretty inconvenient.

I'm thinking the intent is that they get Savage, but lighter, so they don't have to sprint out after pieces that are 12 squares away.
