When looking at your squad you can just copy and paste the URL into your comment. Like so:
http://www.bloomilk.com/squads/View.aspx?ID=52758 Or you can push the button in the Post comment/reply window that looks like a globe with a chain on it. That will open up a pop up window and you paste your URL in that window and then hit the "OK" button, another window should take the firsts place, In this new window you can type a description or the name of the squad and then hit Ok
it should look something like this before you post it but without the spaces between the "url and the square brackets ( [] ).
