how can you be anti-social when you need to play with other people I have 2 adult kids, and if they were into minis like I am I'd be very happy your dad is the reason kids kill there parents GRRRR.this really bothers me! he mades all dads look bad with his asinine behavior!

I definitely don't get the anti-social thing But there is something to be said for the distraction part - my 11-year-old son tells ME I am obsessed with SWMinis. My wife agrees with him In fairness, my son is obsessed with about a half-dozen different games, plus TV

Yea the problem with kids is they can't get focused on their obsessions like us adults My boy is fairly anti-social at school. He isn't in anything. Over the years we've gotten him into some activities like Tae Qwon Do but they don't seem to last. At least with this he's is interacting with other people, mostly adults. Maybe your dad only sees you on here reading about it. I know we kick my boy off the consoles when he gets on them too long.

If you believe your life to be over because you no longer have your minis, maybe dad is right.

Pop Dukes takin yer minis = a sith apprentice killing their master. yer Pop has the power, and yer the one who craves it. *Disclaimer ! DO NOT KILL YOUR FATHER!" My worst mini story yet? I Thank Christ i dont have one. seriously though kid, if your father jacked your minis, and he says its because its causing you to be more anti social, he might have a valid point. i feel for you though.

Especially when someone puts up some rather well-made posters around your LGS that has some nice pics of Darth Talon, Leia, Marasiah Fel, Mara Jade in swim suits. Can't help but notice the ample...... artistry. Yeah, that's the word.... You'll be suprised how many people have lost games over those. I've got to hand it to that guy for using such a distraction. But it does suck that your dad took your stuff away from you Xeno. I hope he didn't throw them out or sell them. If he is just keeping them away from you so you can concentrate on more important things (yes, call me sacreligious for implying there is stuff more important than Star Wars), then he's just trying to help you in the long run. Sincerely, Jester007

its not anti social at all. ive made quite a few friends out of it and even got other friends into the game who ended making friends from it. i dont see how you could possibly play even close to enough for it to distract you from much of anything. as long as your grades are up and you have some other activities goin it shouldnt be a problem
