Missing Jedi V 2.0

--Missing Jedi V 2.0--
40 Luminara Unduli, Jedi Master
33 Captain Rex
30 Barriss Offee, Jedi Knight
23 Jolee Bindo
9 R2-D2, Astromech Droid
8 Mas Amedda
4 Gran Raider
3 Ugnaught Demolitionist

(150pts. 8 activations)

Map: Muunilist (Original)

The objective of this squad is to hold gambit with the ladies who have a 26 and 25 defense respectively. Jolee provides the Valor/Force Stun/Extra damage while Rex is usually towed by R2 to get in some Double/Twins to fend off attackers that are trying to base Barris/Luminara.

I always try to keep Luminara in front, with a 30 defense in Cover with Soresu she is rough to take down. Barris heals herself, Rex, and Luminara to keep them fighting.

That is the new(er) version, the old one I am roughly 6-2 with is this:

Missing the Jedi - A Lot

--Missing the Jedi - A lot--
55 Grand Master Yoda
40 Luminara Unduli, Jedi Master
30 Barriss Offee, Jedi Knight
9 R2-D2, Astromech Droid
8 Mas Amedda
5 Caamasi Noble
3 Ugnaught Demolitionist

(150pts. 7 activations)

Map: Muunilist (Original)

Again, it is a squad designed to hold Gambit. Yoda provides a LOT of HP for a cheap price and provides 1 higher attack/defense via his CE. The catch? It is an entirely melee squad that relies on your opponent coming to you to deal damage.

I currently like this version better, it seems to be more cohesive of a squad but I am unsure which is better (I have yet to playtest the 2.0 version, will be doing that this weekend at my LGS).

Anywho, rate and comment (please) and let me know which version you like better! Thanks!

Too bad you can't keep the Noble in the newer one...love that mobile cover. Otherwise the GModa version is the same as the one I have. You gain more attacks with the newer one, but GModa's attack and range ability (ignoring cover!) is most worth it. Especially since you can tow him into Ataru Mastery.
