On the heels of the recently posted Galaxy at War Checklist, here are a few fearless predictions for the set:
1. General Whorm Loathsome will once again protect his droid forces from Republic attack by giving all droids Shields 10.
2. Admiral Yularen will be to the Republic as General Wedge and General Rieeken are to the the NR and Rebels--a cheap commander that's almost an auto-add to many squads. He may not provide Evade and Mobile, but his CE will be just as useful (perhaps granting Intuition???).
3. Odd Ball will suddenly become relevant after the release of GAW.
4. The R7 will be a cheap source of Override for all factions.
5. The Separatists will get a movement breaker, and his name will be Mar Tuuk.
6. The highest demand piece in the set will be Cad Bane.
7. The biggest disappointment in the set will be General Grievous, Scourge of the Jedi.

Commando Droid captain with some SA like Poisoned blade
Captain Argyus with Internal strife or Separatist affinity

Kinda obvious :p I almost listed Cad Bane as the predicted 'biggest disappointment,' because most people have pretty high expectations for him (see Darth Maul from JA). Also, that prediction would have been more interesting since it goes against popular opinion. But, yes, you're right. I decided to play it safe instead.

For people have seen the roger roger SA this is crazy:
GG DAC gives mouse droids twin and +4 att, then the droid with roger roger gives them +10 damage, then a BDO gives the mice another +4 att, and with Gha Nacket the mice will cost 2 and be twinning at +8 for 10.
Think about that for awhile :P

Think about that for awhile :P and Geonosian Overseer gives double, so: Mouse Droid Fringe: 2 Hp: 10 Df: 24 At: +8 Dm: 10 SPECIAL ABILITIES Droid, Relay orders, Twin Attack, double attack

I'm sorry, but I have to ask... what's so special about Cad Bane? Aside from, what the last episode of clone wars, what else has done in order to get such a following? Did I miss something? Are there books or other stories released about him that I don't know about? Or, did he just get this popular from some previews? That seems a little silly for everyone to be so pumped about him when we have such little info about the guy... he hasn't even done anything yet... as far as I know... I'm not hating on the guy, I'm just curious...

Sometimes, a single episode is all you really need. No doubt the previews helped. Honestly, I think that Cad is just the latest character to benefit from the 'Fett Effect'.

I predict that the new Obi Wan will be whined about by babies and will eventually get banned too.
I predict that the new Rex will be traded by those who already own the old Rex
I predict that I will once again get a bad draw at the open box tournament. I'll open a Galaxy at War pack and STILL manage to get Logray or Gha Nacht

I predict that the Droid Commandos will be useful, but may be too overcosted to use that often.
The B3 Ultra Battle Droid will be just right.
Expectations for Grievous, Scourge of the Jedi, will be so low, that when he comes out, he'll have stats that make him a worthy Jedi fighter. Same/similar goes for General Skywalker.
The Battle Droid Sergant will not replace the Battle Droid Officer. Never in a hundred years.
The new Kit will be amazing.
There's a few of my predictions.

Well, General Grievous, Scourge of the Jedi's stats are on gamers and I am neither disappointed in him or impressed with him.

As Far as Obi goes, if someone on this site decides to start whining about this Obi, ill just stay out of it. i will say though, that beggers cant be choosers. GOWK was banned due to the masses. the masses wanted a new Kenobi, and they got one.
